Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
3:30 PM: Doors open to begin seating. 4:00 PM: The "I Do's." We’re planning for an outdoor ceremony under the pavilion, so think good weather thoughts! 4:30 PM: Drinks are on us! Join us for cocktail hour right after we tie the knot. 5:30 PM: Dinner is served buffet style. 6:30 PM: Time to dance the night away! Note on the Bar: After cocktail hour, the bar will transition to a cash bar for the remainder of the night.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
We want you to relax and safely enjoy our big day! While there is plenty of parking at the venue, we’ve also arranged a shuttle to take you to and from the hotel. Since the venue is just five minutes away, it’s a quick and easy ride for everyone.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! We're excited to celebrate our special day with your little ones. From the ceremony under the pavilion to the reception party, we’ve made sure there’s room for everyone, big and small.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Doors will open at 3:30 PM for seating. We kindly ask that you arrive and find your seats by 3:45 PM so we can begin the ceremony promptly at 4:00 PM.
