FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 1, 2024

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know via phone call or on the RSVP so we can make the banquet caterer aware ahead of time.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of free onsite parking

Question

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

An unplugged ceremony is when the couple requests their guests to put away, silence or turn off all of their devices (cell phones, cameras, etc.) for the duration of the ceremony. The photographer won't have to worry about guests in the aisle obstructing their shot or deflecting harsh camera flashes, both of which can interfere with special ceremony moments and are difficult to edit out post-production.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. The bar will be open after the ceremony for an hour at which time appetizers will be served. The bar will be closed during dinner and re-opened afterward.

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from doing so on the day of our wedding. Thank you!

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. Ladies please note - ceremony is outdoors, so be aware if you wear stiletto heels! Also, please withhold from wearing white or dusty blue as these are the colors that will be worn exclusively by the bridal party.

Question

Anything else I should know when visiting Fort Collins, Colorado?

Answer

Fort Collins is nestled against the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and alongside the banks of the Cache la Poudre River. The city lies approximately 5,000 feet above sea level. Because there is less oxygen at higher altitudes, visitors may experience discomfort ranging from mild to severe. Visitors who are not in good physical condition or have pre-existing cardiac conditions should use good judgment and try not to engage in strenuous activity too quickly Drink LOTS of water! As you gain altitude, your body tends to lose water and salt faster than you're used to. Altitude sickness is a real thing and you need to stay hydrated here. The average temp in June is High/Low: 80/51. It does cool down in the evenings. Most of all - just enjoy our beautiful weather and scenery.
