In the summer of 2022, we were each walking very different paths—different goals, different routines, and maybe even different ideas of what the future should look like. We didn’t know each other, and we certainly weren’t looking for anything. But then, somewhere on the sidelines of a volleyball game, small talk sparked something neither of us expected. At first, it seemed like just another conversation—light, simple, and casual. An opportunity to get to know one another as friends, to share a few laughs, and maybe have a handful of meaningful conversations along the way. But God had something far more intentional in mind. What began as brief chats about mutual friends and shared dreams slowly turned into something more. We discovered we worked near each other and—"coincidentally"—started meeting up on lunch breaks. With every moment spent together, something in us quietly grew. A spark had already been lit, and now it was catching flame. But it wasn’t all effortless. Eventually, we hit a roadblock—one that led us to step back from what had become a clear but unspoken interest. And yet, instead of walking away, we chose to lean in—not into each other, but into God. We knew what we wanted... but more than that, we wanted to know what He wanted. So we stopped seeing each other. We fasted. That season was the turning point. It drew us closer to Him. We prayed, we listened, we had honest conversations with God and with each other. And in that stillness, we began to hear. Clarity, peace, and a quiet confirmation began to take root. Through that surrender, we realized this wasn’t just something we were building—it was something God had already been forming. Just two months after meeting, we officially began dating. But to us, it didn’t feel like a beginning—it felt like the continuation of something that had already been planted, refined, and nurtured in the heart of God. Looking back, His hand is undeniable. He directed our steps, spoke into our moments, and protected what He was shaping. Through trial, He taught us how to pursue love. Through distance, He showed us how to honor one another deeper, and through every season, we found Christ right in the center of it all. God has carried us through so much already. We've traveled the world to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. We’ve faced trials, endured spiritual warfare, and stood firm in our individual callings. And still—here we are. Engaged. Building a life together rooted in faith, prayer, and the surrender that brought us here in the first place. We are living in the middle of answered prayers, held by a God who heard every one of them. This is our story—and by His grace, it’s only just beginning. It is all unto Him.

If a reservation is not made by this date we will unfortunately have to mark you as a 'no' for the invite. We have to provide the venue with an accurate count of guests in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, that will be specifically addressed within the RSVP/Invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
As much as we love all of your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for the adults whom we have invited, with the exception of immediate family on Jalene and Junior's side!
This will be a completely dry wedding. As Christians, we’ve chosen not to include alcohol as part of our celebration. We kindly ask that guests do not bring in any alcohol to the ceremony or reception. We understand this might be different from other weddings, but it’s a meaningful choice for us. Out of respect for our beliefs—and in consideration of friends and family who also do not drink—we’re asking everyone to join us in being fully present and intentional as we celebrate this special day together. There will be plenty of joy, laughter, dancing, and celebration—we promise you won’t miss a thing!
Yes, the sun will be shining (God-willing) during the ceremony part of our event. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated during our time outdoors! The reception however will be indoors!
