Our Story

February 16, 2025

We met at our church a couple of years ago, but on February 16th, Arielle decided she wanted to learn how to do an oil change. She called me up for the task of teaching her, due to the recommendation from friends. It is still up for debate whether Arielle intended to "shoot her shot" by this or not. Nevertheless, this started a friendship we will forever be thankful for; although maybe it's a friendship that could have begun earlier, had we listened to the friends around us who had been convincing us for years to consider dating each other. In the last year, we have cherished every bit of each other's company. Some of our favorite things to do together are trying new food spots, exploring new parks, going on walks, reading together, and going on random drives around town with no destination. We are so excited and cannot wait to share our wedding experience with friends and family we love so dearly, who have championed our relationship, and guided us towards setting our eyes to the Lord. Without Him, we wouldn't be together, and we wouldn't be here. We praise Him for His grace towards us, to give us more than we could have dreamt for ourselves!
