Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception (Dinner and Dancing)

4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

The Clark Family Home
3296 Sunhaven Oval, Parma, OH 44134

This is a formal wedding, but it's also a backyard wedding, so we encourage you to also be comfortable and aware that the ground may be soft!

We are having a non-denominational Christian ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. There will be late night bonfire as well! The home is located in a residential neighborhood, so while we want everyone to have a GREAT time and enjoy the events, we ask that you please be mindful of our neighbors so that we can party into the night :)

Travel

Hotel

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cleveland Independence

6060 Rockside Place, Independence, OH 44131

We have a block of hotel rooms reserved for our out-of-town guests!

Travel Note

Parking

Because this is a residential neighborhood, we do not have unlimited parking available. However, there is plenty of free parking on our quiet street and the surrounding streets. Please do not park in the driveway; we need to save that space for vendors. Uber and Lyft are also great options!

Our Engagement

Silliness, laughter, random yoga poses, our engagement session was the perfect representation of our relationship. Peruse and enjoy! Photo credits go to the insanely talented Julina at Making the Moment :)

Things To Do

Make a vacation (or stay-cation) out of the weekend! There are lots of things to do in Cleveland. Here are some of our favorites.

Cuyahoga Valley National Park

OH

We are lucky enough to have a national park less than half an hour outside of Cleveland! It is free to visit and full of trails, whether you're looking for a leisurely walk or wooded hike. There are plenty of other things to do as well, including kayaking on the river or taking in the scenery on the Cuyahoga Valley Railroad.

West Side Market

1979 West 25th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113

Located in the heart of Ohio City, the West Side Market is a great place to explore local food vendors and take in some really cool classic Cleveland architecture!

Mitchell's Ice Cream (Ohio City Kitchen & Shop)

1867 West 25th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113

If you don't do anything else while you're in Cleveland, make sure to stop by Mitchell's and get a couple of scoops. It is our favorite ice cream EVER. They always have seasonal flavors, and you're welcome to sample as many flavors as you like before you commit. There are lots of locations all over the Cleveland area, but if you want the full experience, go visit their Ohio City shop, where they also have their kitchen.

Playhouse Square

1501 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115

Need something to do on Friday night? The touring production of Moulin Rouge will be in town this weekend. Enjoy this musical at the historic State Theatre at Playhouse Square, our nationally-renowned theatre district in Cleveland. Even if you won't be seeing a show, it's worth it to head downtown and see the massive outdoor chandelier.

The Cleveland Museum of Art

11150 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106

Our world-class art museum is free to the public! You can make a day of it by visiting the Cleveland Botanical Gardens right across the street, and have lunch in Little Italy, just about 10 minutes away.

Blossom Music Center

1145 West Steels Corners Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223

The summer home to the world-class Cleveland Orchestra, Blossom is an outdoor amphitheater venue that we Clevelanders just love. This is another great thing to do if you'll be in town for a couple of days and have a free evening! Bring a blanket and a picnic and enjoy some exceptional music out on the lawn.

Edgewater Park

Cleveland, OH 44102

Enjoy some sun and beach time at Edgewater Park! Cleveland sits right on the shores of Lake Erie, and Edgewater is a perfect place to experience it. Hang out, whether on the sand or the grass, with the city skyline in the background. The pavilion also has food and a bar available!

The Flats at East Bank

1055 Old River Road, Cleveland, OH 44113

If you want a night out, it doesn't get more Cleveland than this. The Flats offers a wide variety of venues, from a dueling piano bar to a 70s disco club, to Punchbowl Social with putt-putt and skee-ball. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area, and in the summer many of them have patios with live music.

The Studio Cleveland

1395 West 10th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113

You know I had to throw my yoga studio in the mix! If you're looking to take a yoga class, get a massage, or need some sauna time, this is the place to be. Everyone is wonderfully friendly, the vibes are stellar, and there's even a Rock Shop attached if you want to do some shopping!

Phoenix Coffee - Another really popular place with lots of locations and beans available. Roasted Tremont + Roasted Lakewood - We know the owner personally! Super cool shops with awesome vibes Duck Rabbit - You wouldn't know it's there if you didn't know about it. The coffee is great and the atmosphere is as chill as it gets. Leavened - They serve Duck Rabbit coffee, but what makes this place unique is the endless amount of mouth-watering bakery Cleveland Bagel - Similarly, they serve Rising Star coffee, but their bagels are unmatched in the area

Just like we love our craft coffee, we love our craft beer. There are lots of places around that have great beer AND food! You can find their beers in any local grocery store. They also have a good menu Market Garden - If you want to feel a little fancier, Market Garden has you covered. Along with their extensive draft list, they also offer lots of vegan and gluten-free options Brewdog - I'll be honest, they aren't local. But they make the list because the ambiance is a ton of fun and they host lots of events! Plus their food menu is A+
