What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We would ask that you arrive by 3pm to give enough time to park and be seated for the 3:30pm ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual. Ex. Slacks and polo to suit and tie Ex. Dressy pants and tops to skirts and dresses

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available on site. There will be a closer lot and drop off area for our more seasoned guests and another large lot close by with parking attendant.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be any prearranged group transportation. You are welcome to use your personal vehicle or to reserve an Uber or Lyft up to 30 days prior to the wedding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While kids are welcome we do ask that you keep them from being disruptive during the events. They will need constant supervision as alcohol will be served and the venue is near a pond, railroad tracks, and woods.

What is the alcohol policy?

Answer

Cedar Oaks Farm is a beer and wine facility only. There is strictly no liquor allowed anywhere on the premises. We will be providing an open bar for beer and wine. Please keep in mind that there will be children and many guests who do not drink present. While we encourage everyone to fully enjoy themselves and the open bar we also ask that you do so responsibly.
