They say opposites attract, but we’re pretty sure a shared love of sports, dancing, and making each other laugh had something to do with it too! Somewhere between our first conversations and countless memories together, we realized we had found something special. What started as hanging out as friends slowly turned into getting to know each other which swiftly became being each other’s favorite person to call, text, cheer with during games, and drag onto the dance floor! Over the years, we’ve learned a few important things: Love is being present, having patience, and giving grace Communication and listening is key Never interrupt someone during the last two minutes of a close game If one person says “just one more song,” you’re probably dancing for another hour We’ve shared so many adventures, laughs, and unforgettable moments. Through it all, we’ve built a relationship rooted in friendship, fun, and faith! Solomon somehow manages to keep Jacqui grounded, while Jacqui makes sure life is never boring. Together, we’re proof that the best relationships are built on love, laughter, and agreeing to disagree about who is actually right (Jacqui wrote this part). Now we’re excited to make our love official and start our next life chapter as husband and wife.
