How We Met
Kevin and Jacquelyn met in 2015 at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, NY. Jacquelyn was a student nurse extern and Kevin was the charge nurse at night in the ED. That summer Jacquelyn was commuting from the city to gain experience in the ED and Kevin would pair her in the mornings with a preceptor for the day. Their interaction was very platonic and neither of them considered the other romantically. Fast forward to the Spring of 2020 when the entire world shut down. Healthcare providers were the few left roaming the city and Kevin saw Jacquelyn posting about it on social media. He "slid into her DMs" that summer and after a few months of chatting, they went on their first date in January of 2021 to the MoMA in NYC. Since then they've shared countless dates, trips, laughs, and memories that led up to their engagement in July of 2024!

Getting to Sitges
Getting to Sitges from the airport by bus: The company MonBus operates a bus service from Barcelona airport to Sitges: www.busgarraf.cat . The company website shows timetables and prices. The BusGarraf bus stop is at Terminal 1 (T1). There is a free airport shuttle bus for passengers arriving at Terminal 2 (T2) located under the bridge outside T2B. The distance between the two terminals is 4km and the ride takes between 10-15 minutes. The shuttle bus runs every 7 minutes, 24/7. Getting to Sitges from airport by taxi A taxi costs around 85 EUR one way and can be caught in any terminal. Link to pre-book your transfer: https://www.suntransfers.com Getting to Sitges from Barcelona by bus There is a regular line operated by the BUSGARRAF company. Barcelona Sitges by bus is a 38 km route with a travel time of between 45 and 55 minutes depending on stops. The bus service in Barcelona starts at Ronda Universidad, 33, between Calle Balmes and Plaza Catalunya. between Calle Balmes and Plaza Catalunya Sepúlveda street and another one at Plaza España. In Sitges, the main bus stop is in front of the Parc de Can Robert, en la Avenida Vilanova 14. It also has stops at Passeig de Vilanova 44, at Restaurante la Masia and at Càmping Sitges Getting to Sitges from Barcelona by train Barcelona has 3 train stations that take you to Sitges on the R2 Sud Cercanías Line. 1 - Barcelona-Estació de França 2 - Barcelona- Passeig de Gràcia station 3 - Barcelona-Estació de Sants All trains to Sitges offer spectacular views They also have a very good frequency during the day time slot, although the bus lines offer a longer time slot providing service throughout the night. Getting to Sitges from Barcelona by taxi or car By car from Barcelona is a journey of about 45 ‘ by toll motorway, or along the coast road (without toll) with spectacular views. The taxi is the most expensive option and is at least 110 EUR.

Will there be childcare on the day of the wedding?
Answer
I have coordinated with our wedding planner to find a reliable company to provide childcare services for the wedding date. The sitters can be available from 2-12 pm on October 11, 2025 in Sitges. Depending on how many children there are, the parents can split the cost of childcare. If you need these services, please reach out to me and I can coordinate it for you!
