Please join us as we exchange vows and begin our next chapter together. We’re so grateful to have you with us for this special moment and can’t wait to celebrate surrounded by the people we love most. We kindly request that all guests arrive at the venue between 1:00-1:30pm as you will be shuttled up to the ceremony site for a 2pm start.
Cocktail Hour

Enjoy a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony with a selection of signature cocktails, light bites, and sunshine as we celebrate together before the evening festivities begin. It’s the perfect time to mingle, relax, and soak in the joy of the day.

After the ceremony, continue the celebration with us at the reception! Enjoy dinner, drinks, and dancing as we toast to love, laughter, and a lifetime of memories together.

A special group rate is available for the weekend to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Please note that a daily resort fee will apply in addition to the room rate and taxes. We also recommend Predator Ridge Resort as a wonderful alternative nearby. Predator Ridge is very close to our venue and offers spacious suites and larger multi-bedroom units, which are great for families or groups of friends traveling together. In addition, guests can enjoy beautiful golf courses and resort-style amenities during their stay. While we do not have a room block or special rate arranged at Predator Ridge, you are very welcome to book directly with the resort if this option better suits your needs. We are currently working on getting a booking link for our guests, so please keep an eye out for any updates!

Black Tie Optional: Floor-length gowns or formal maxi length dresses for women; suits with ties or tuxedos for men. Please opt for floor-length or full length dresses — no cocktail, tea length, or short dresses — to honor the formality of the event. While the event will be formal, we absolutely encourage our guests to dress up with fun colours!

We’ve reserved a room block at the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort for your convenience, with a special group rate available for Friday and Saturday nights. For other lovely options nearby, consider Predator Ridge Resort, Sparkling Hill Resort (16+), or the Royal Okanagan Resort. Vacation rentals on Airbnb and VRBO also offer spacious homes perfect for groups. Book early as summer fills up quickly!

Getting there
Answer
Taxis and Ubers are available throughout the Okanagan Valley. However, we recommend pre-booking return transportation after the wedding to avoid long waits on this busy long weekend evening, as our venue is located outside the downtown core. Driving is an option with ample free parking available at the venue. We have also arranged for an end of night shuttle service to go from the venue to the Delta Grand Okanagan, downtown Kelowna at 10:30pm and 12:00am so guests can freely enjoy the night. Please note, if you are parked overnight at the venue, your vehicle must be picked up by 9:00am the next morning.

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration to ensure a relaxed and intimate atmosphere for all guests. We kindly ask that individuals under 19 do not attend the ceremony or reception. Kelowna offers wonderful family-friendly spots nearby, like Tugboat Bay beach and local parks, for little ones to enjoy during the wedding weekend. Thank you for your understanding!
