The phrasing we've decided on for the style is "Garden party". Formal wear is perfectly acceptable but more casual attire is as well. There is an indoor area and the ceremony itself will take place on the grass outside.
Current proposed rehearsal time for those involved in the ceremony itself is 10:30 A.M... There will be all sorts of things to munch on but no full lunch/dinner. We're looking forward to seeing you all there!
