For those that have not yet had the opportunity to meet Jacob, he is spontaneous and goofy, and loves fishing, hunting, the outdoors, and most of all, Erin. For those who will just be meeting Erin, she is sweet and caring, and is finishing up her education to become a Nurse. She loves reading and spending time with their dog, Scout, her time with her friends, and, of course, Jacob. Erin and Jacob met on July 4, 2022 at a pool in Murray, KY, where Erin was attending school. Erin went to the pool when Jacob ‘accidentally’ hit her in the head with a beach ball. Despite Erin giving Jacob her meanest look – they were dating by Labor Day. Erin moved to Louisville in December of 2022, and Jacob later followed in April of 2023. In July of 2023, Jacob proposed to Erin at the Crescent Hill Reservoir, in Louisville – in the company of, and with the blessings of, her parents. Erin and Jacob are excited to begin this next chapter in their lives together – and are grateful to have each of you in their lives and sharing in this special day.
