Cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception are outdoors, so be prepared for some wind and cooler temperatures in the evening.

Plan on arriving at the venue shortly after 3 pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Parking is available at the venue, but keep in mind you cannot leave cars overnight and Uber is not available in Hood River. Shuttles will be provided to and from the venue. Pickup and drop off locations will be at the Hampton Inn & Suites and the parking lot next to Full Sail Brewing in downtown Hood River. Shuttles will depart from the Hampton Inn & Suites at 2:40 pm, 3:00 pm, and 3:20 pm. Shuttles will depart from the Full Sail parking lot at 2:45 pm and 3:25 pm.

Portland International Airport is the nearest airport to Hood River. It is a scenic 1 hour drive from PDX to the town of Hood River. You can drive down the Oregon side on Highway 84, or you can take Highway 14 on the Washington side. Both routes are beautiful but we recommend driving down 14 on the way there! For accommodations, we have a small block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites. We also recommend lodging at the Best Western Plus or the Historic Hood River Hotel. Hood River is a small town, and lodging is limited in the summer season. We highly recommend booking your accommodations early! Other options for lodging include Airbnb, Arrived, or Vacasa.
