If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner that they have given us & cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers and videographer are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We will have a designated time scheduled during the ceremony for you to take pictures. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes & keep personal cameras & phones tucked away all other times during the ceremony.

The main parking lot is reserved for the wedding party and vendors. All other guests are to park any where in the streets located near the venue.
Ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We recommend that you arrive at 4:45pm to make sure everyone is seated on time.
The first two rows of seats at our ceremony will reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception & will have a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat!
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be held inside the hall.
We will be making our exit at 10pm and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.
