What happens if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner that they have given us & cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space, we hope you understand that our wedding & reception will be adults-only with the exception of those in our bridal party. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. Women can wear a cocktail length dresses, light weight separates or jumpsuits. Men please wear a light dress shirt, slacks and a coat. Tie is optional.

Can I take pictures?

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers and videographer are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We will have a designated time scheduled during the ceremony for you to take pictures. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes & keep personal cameras & phones tucked away all other times during the ceremony.

Where can I park?

Answer

The main parking lot is reserved for the wedding party and vendors. All other guests are to park any where in the streets located near the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We recommend that you arrive at 4:45pm to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Where should I sit?

Answer

The first two rows of seats at our ceremony will reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception & will have a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat!

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be held inside the hall.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We will be making our exit at 10pm and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.
