We have a room block: MOORE/BARROQUEIRO WEDDING Block code: MBW PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: To receive the reduced rate of $139 per night (plus tax) for a 2 queen-bed or 1 king-bed room, you must CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY to make your reservation. We regret to report that the hotel did not provide an online link for reservations at the reduced rate. You will not receive the reduced rate if you book through a third party. You should reserve by calling the hotel at 270-869-0533, and providing the last names of the couple and/or the block code. Per the hotel: When you book a room, you will receive a confirmation email claiming that there is a $200 booking fee. Fret not: you DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THAT FEE, as it does not apply to our hotel block. The hotel is simply incapable of changing their boilerplate confirmation email. The deadline to book rooms is April 20, 2026. We urge you not to dawdle, as this wedding is on a holiday weekend. The cancellation policy sets a deadline of 6 PM the night before arrival. You will be billed at the stated rate for any room reservation not cancelled by this deadline. Amenities: Each of the rooms comes with a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, a refrigerator, an iron, an ironing board, a safe, and Dove hygiene products in the shower and by the bathroom sink. The facility has an indoor heated pool (open from 9 AM to 9 PM), guest laundry, a 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour market, free wifi, and free access to the local YMCA. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, served daily from 6:30-9:30 AM. This breakfast includes breakfast meats, eggs (scrambled or omelette), pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, yogurts, cold cereal, oatmeal, breakfast pastries, breads, and IHG's "famous" cinnamon rolls.

How do I RSVP?
Answer

Where is the wedding located?

Our wedding will take place at Out of the Gap Farm, Iva’s family home, in Waverly, Kentucky.

Will the ceremony and/or reception be outside?

Yes! We have the honor of hosting our wedding on farm grounds framed by Kentucky’s beautiful, natural landscape.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We hope to see you in your loveliest attire! It can get quite cool in the evening, so consider bringing something warm with which to cover yourself during the reception. When selecting your shoes, please also keep in mind that this is an outdoor wedding– you will be walking on grass and uneven ground.

Parking spots will be available next to the home, in a field of grass. Parking attendants will be present to direct you.
