What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. You may enter the VISTA starting at 3:30pm. There will be a shuttle running continuously between the Hyatt Regency and VISTA between 3:30pm and the start of the ceremony.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want our guests to wear what makes them feel comfortable and beautiful/handsome. If you want guidance please consider cocktail or formal attire in jewel color tones, and off white undershirts. Beware: if you wear white, the bridesmaids are contractually obligated to spill red wine on you.

Here is our menu for From Scratch Catering Trendy Chopped Salad Chopped Romaine, red onions, crispy bacon pieces, both Asiago and bleu cheeses are lightly tossed with a sweet Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing. with Lemony Chicken with Capers & Fresh Rosemary Chicken breasts and pan sautéed in equal parts butter & olive oil, brightened with fresh squeezed lemon and capers. Then oven roasted with lemon slices and sprigs of rosemary picked from our herb garden. and Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Strawberry Balsamic Reduction (Bride and Groom's Pick) Trimmed pork tenderloin and spiral wrapped in smoky bacon then roasted. It's let rest while a fresh strawberry balsamic reduction is prepared. or the vegetarian (can be vegan) option: Fresh Tomato, Basil and Sweet Onion Tart with Cheddar Cheese Streusel (Can be altered Vegan/GF). Layers of Roma tomatoes slices, fresh basil, and sweet Vidalia onion slices on top of a thin pastry crust. Topped with a crumbly cheese streusel the baked until bubbly and golden brown. and the following sides: Garlic Smashed Potatoes Russet potatoes mashed with heavy cream, sweet butter, roasted fresh garlic, & cheddar cheese. Fresh Green Beans with Soy and Ginger and Garlic Mushrooms Fresh green beans steamed al dente, napped with soy and fresh ginger sauce, then finished off with sautéed garlic mushrooms. Is there a shuttle to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, there will be a shuttle before the ceremony and the last 2 hours of the reception between VISTA MKE and the Hyatt Regency.

The ceremony and reception are hosted indoors. There will be a small rooftop patio open during the reception.
