- Miso-Honey Salmon - served over zesty Old Bay rice and Thai chili brussels sprouts - Parmesan Crusted Chicken - served over asiago risotto garnished with basil and crispy prosciutto - Filet Mignon - served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed asparagus (The filet is served at a medium temperature) - Tortellini Primavera - Tri-colored tortellini tossed with charred grape tomatoes, asparagus, red onions, squash & shiitake mushrooms in basil cream sauce
