If you're coming from abroad, we highly recommend flying into Bucharest Otopeni (OTP). It is then a 15-20 min Uber drive (or 30 min train) into town.
Renting a car may not be the best option, as Bucharest has heavy traffic and very few parking spots. We advise against using local taxis - use Uber or Bolt instead.
