Travel Note
Please plan accordingly:
We will be providing bus transportation between hotel and the venue. The bus will leave from the Hilton Garden Inn at the following times: 1:30 1:45 The bus will be leaving from the venue at the following times: 9:15 10:00 Please plan accordingly However, Cars can be left at venue if needed overnight, but must be gone by 9am the next morning. Hotel block is in the website below.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress in your best attire!! Our wedding reception will take place on the lawn – please keep this in mind when choosing footwear and dress comfortably! They don't call it Windmill Acres for nothing... bring a jacket or sweater for later evening hours.

Can I bring my Children or a Guest?
Answer
While we love children, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding due to inadequate space. Please plan accordingly and take a night to enjoy yourselves! Due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring a guest unless it has been stated on your invitation to bring one.

Where will the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, & Reception take place?
Answer
We plan to have the ceremony outside as long as weather permits. The Cocktail hour & Reception will be inside. Please consider that the ceremony will be in grass. This is an ADULT ONLY cocktail & reception.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you show up no earlier than 1:45pm.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
Short answer-- We will give an appropriate time to do so. We can’t wait to tie the knot in front of our favorite people! We hope that you can enjoy this special moment with us camera-free. We ask that you allow us to get down the aisle before taking pictures. At this moment, Hunter and I will turn to you, and give a few minutes to take pictures. After this, we ask that phones are put away until the end of the ceremony.

Will there be an Open Bar?
Answer
We will be handing out tickets to everyone as a thank you. Once your tickets are gone, it is your responsibility for drinks!

Can I Bring my own Beer/ Alcohol?
Answer
No-- Doing so can result in our venue loosing their liquor license and we will be fined.

When will the Reception end?
Answer
While we would love to party all night with you, Our Venue has requested that the wedding night ends at 10pm due to City Policies.
