Our Story
We met in middle school and were friends through high school, but it wasn’t until our senior year that something changed—after Indy talked to Natalie’s mom at an OMHS track meet, he came up to her the next day, and a true friendship began. Despite going to college nine hours apart (Indy to NC State and Natalie to UAB), we stayed close, always checking in on each other. In 2020, when COVID brought Indy back to Birmingham, we reconnected—and it felt like we had always been best friends. We knew it was God’s perfect timing. We dated sophomore and junior year in Birmingham and did long-distance our senior year, and after graduation, we took a leap of faith. Indy started a new job in Atlanta, and Natalie moved there too, with our rambunctious dog, Oscar. On March 3rd, 2024, Indy proposed on what started as a gloomy day but turned into a sunny beautiful day in Piedmont Park—Where Natalie walks almost daily —and now we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter of our love story with all of you!

Where should I park?
Answer
The Cathedral has LIMITED free parking on the corner of 22nd St and 3rd Ave. North. In addition, there is a PAID lot around the block from the Cathedral on the right once you pass the Jefferson Finance Service Center. Given the limited parking nearby, please plan accordingly to arrive and park nearby should additional walking be required. We recommend arriving by 12:30pm CST in order to find parking nearby the Cathedral.

What should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding is formal attire. For men, button-down shirts with slacks are preferred, and a blazer is encouraged. For women, think “Sunday best” – classy dresses or elegant separates.
