What is the dress code?

While our invitation says “Black Tie Optional,” let’s be real — we’re not hosting a black tie event (lol). What we really mean is: Dress to Impress! We want our guests to feel confident, stylish, and like their best selves on this special day. *Please plan for formal attire.* Here’s a breakdown to help guide you: For Men: A suit in black, or a neutral tone (Charcoal, tan, grey) with a tie — bowtie, bolo, or classic — whatever suits your style! A tuxedo is welcome, but absolutely optional. For Women: A floor-length gown is the most traditional, but a formal midi or elegant, cocktail dress is perfectly appropriate. Color palette: We kindly ask guests to stick to neutral or deep tones — think black, tan, brown, burgundy, plum or metallics. *We ask that you avoid bright colors like pink, yellow, or blue.* Not sure what to wear? When in doubt, wear black. It looks good on everyone and always fits the vibe. Bottom line: elevated, chic, and celebratory. We can't wait to see how amazing you all look!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive between 3:15 and 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm PST and will be held in the garden area of The Thursday Club. It is wheelchair accessible.

Where will the ceremony and the reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Thursday Club. The ceremony will held in garden area outside, and the reception will be held inside in the banquet hall.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is street parking, all around the venue. The Thursday Club is in a residential neighborhood. Street parking is permitted in the neighborhood, just be sure not to block anyone's drive way. Cars are also safe to park overnight. We encourage rideshare if you plan to drink!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so please turn off phones and cameras and be fully present with us. We have an amazing photographer and videographer who will be capturing every moment. We kindly ask that you do not post our ceremony on the internet/ social media. Once the ceremony ends, feel free to take as many photos and share them as you'd like! Thank you for respecting our wishes.

We will have cocktail hour passed appetizers, followed by a buffet dinner, and dessert. Please enjoy our open bar as well. :)

What time does the celebration end?

The venue requires a hard stop at 9pm (we know, it's early!) due to the location being in a residential neighborhood. The bride and groom will likely be ready for afters...location TBD!
