It started with a message from my friend, Pelumi, 'Ife, can you talk to this person?' followed by a picture that then led to hours and hours of calls. Days later, we met for the first time on a first date that seemed like a group project (shoutout to all my friends who were part of the date virtually). From sharing similar values, mutual love for AEO and a commitment to doing this love thing, we started a God-led journey that has brought us to this season.

2024 was the year I decided to Lock-in on (Faith, Self development, and Work). Unknown to me, God had bigger and better plans. Thanks to Pelumi, who introduced us one random evening on Instagram. That led to a series of marathon calls, where we discovered shared values, and months later, we decided to make it official. We bonded over AEO music, beach hangouts, and built several memories. We had strong convictions about our union, and 7 months later, I decided to pop the question, and of course, she said yes *screaming from the top of her lungs.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Dress to impress! Our colors are Burnt Orange and Chocolate Brown. Think elegant, stylish, and comfortable. If there’s a specific asoebi or traditional outfit arrangement, we will reach out directly.

Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there’s parking available at a location close to the event center. If you're coming with a driver, they will be able to wait nearby as well with a meal card provided for them on request.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We love love but due to limited space, we kindly ask that only the guests named on the invitation attend. If you’re unsure, just check in with us.

How do I get access to the venue?
Answer
Once you confirm your attendance with the bride or groom, you’ll be given an access card ahead of the wedding. Kindly note that the venue requires this card for entry, so please make sure to have it with you on the day.
