What Happens If I Do Not RSVP In Time

if we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "NO" . We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have provided a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this . While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult only event so that every one can relax and enjoy. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate.

What should I wear?

We want to see you dress to impress. We Suggest you wear Semi Formal attire that will coincide with the season. Please be mindful the ceremony is set to be outside with the reception inside. The color palate for the wedding will include Taupe, Olive green, Brown, Rust. Our goal is to maximize the photo opportunities and ambiance of decorum. PLEASE NO WHITE OR IVORY

Can I Bring A Date?

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearist! . As we have a strict guest list to stay with in our venue capacity and our budget, we can only accomodate those listed on your specific invitation . Thanks for understanding

Unfortunately we were unable to do hotels blocks with the hotels in the area of the venue. However, there are multiple near by. We suggest you book soon as possible .

When Do I RSVP BY?

Answer

August 23rd is the cutoff date for receiving your confirmation. There will be an usher at the door with a by name list verifying your RSVP without this you will not be permitted to enter.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the noted start time of the ceremony in order to check in with the usher and be directed to your seats. Late attendees will not be allowed into the ceremony area once the wedding starts as this is a disruption to the flow of events. Duly noted the ceremony begins at 6:30PM. Thank you!

Complimentary parking is available. There will be security guiding guest to the correct area to park. Also, wheelchair accessible .
