We will be hosting an optional welcome dinner for anyone who arrives at Timberline Lodge on June 5th. Food and refreshments will be available.

Snow Cat Rides to Silcox Hit
2:00 pm - 4:45 pm
The Timberline Snow Cat will shuttle guests from Timberline Lodge to Silcox Hut. There will be three departures and assigned times will be shared closer to the wedding.
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
The ceremony will begin shortly after the last guests arrive via Snow Cat.
Reception
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The reception immediately follows the ceremony. Silcox Hut will be transformed for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and festivities.

What should I wear?
Answer
Preferred attire is Dressy Casual or Sunday Best: plain collared shirts, slacks or chinos, and subtle dresses or tops. Heels are not advised. Dress for mountain weather. Expect snow on the ground and temperatures ranging from 40-60°F at the hut.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?
Answer
We are so grateful to celebrate with you, and your presence is truly the greatest gift! Please note that the Silcox Hut can’t accommodate physical gifts, so we kindly ask that they not be brought to the wedding venue. If necessary, you’re welcome to bring them to the hotel instead. For convenience, our online registry will be linked to our address, so any gifts purchased online can be shipped directly to us after the wedding. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

When should I book lodging?
Answer
We recommend you book lodging as soon as possible, as rooms will sell out at Timberline Lodge. Our room block only covers half of our invited guests and expires on April 6th. There are also lodging options a 15 minute drive down the mountain in Government Camp, OR.
