Travel Note
You are welcome to book a hotel anywhere in the DFW area, as we do not have a designated room block. We may provide transportation from the venue back to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center after the celebration, if arranged. Our welcome party is also at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center.

Travel Note
Two coach buses will depart from the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center at 4:15 PM to take guests to the venue. Return transportation will begin at 9:45 PM, with three buses running back to the Embassy Suites.
Fly into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL).
We do not have a designated room block, so you’re free to stay anywhere in the DFW area. However, we recommend the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center, where we’ll be staying as well. The welcome party is also at the Embassy Suites. You can find all booking details and the reservation link under the “Travel” section.
Most guests will stay in Denton, about 15–20 minutes from our venue in Hickory Creek. Ride shares like Uber and Lyft are usually available, but can be limited late at night - so renting a car is optional, but can make things easier for getting around.
The dress code is black tie optional - we’d love to see everyone dressed up! Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, but a dark suit or a chic cocktail dress is perfectly appropriate too. Keep in mind: while North Texas winters are generally mild, evenings can be chilly - typically in the 40's-50's. We recommend bringing a wrap, shawl, or dressy coat as we are aiming for the ceremony to be outside as long as weather permits. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place inside
