When should I RSVP by?

As soon as possible is best, but please let us know if you’ll be attending by May 1, 2026. We will need a final headcount for our venue and caterers!

Hotel and stays!

Answer

We are encouraging everyone to camp out! Bring a tent, an RV, or some sleeping supplies. There will be space in one of the buildings to sleep in if needed! The venue has a spacious piece of land on the premises! With it being about an hour south of Tacoma, and if people plan to drink, We would love for everyone to be safe and stay the night! Breakfast will be provided in the morning! Chehalis is a small town without a bunch of hotels. If you’d like to stay in a hotel, there is a La Quinta in Centraila, not too far from the venue.

Are plus ones and children allowed?

When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional guests and children we’ve included on your invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Heck yeah! We will be serving beer, cider, wines, seltzers, and other non alcoholic beverages.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire. Please do not wear shorts, flip flops, any colors of whites and/or creams.

When should I arrive by?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4pm. Please be seated by 3:45pm. If you plan on staying the night, arrive with enough time to get yourself and space situated before the ceremony starts.
