Travel

Mackinac Island is very unique, if you've never been there, you're in for a treat! Please note, there are no cars on the island. You'll enjoy a slower pace of life getting around by bicycle and horse-drawn carriage. For those that would like to explore the island by bicycle, daily rentals are available right by the docks. Horse-drawn carriages are also available as taxis. Getting to the island is an adventure and we truly appreciate all your effort. It will be worth it!

Travel Note

Shepler's Ferry

Your ferry tickets have been covered! Please go to the ticketing counter and give them your name, under the Hunt/Kelley Wedding. Overnight parking is offered between $25-$75 per night. Quick note for timing: It will take approximately 45 minutes to unload luggage, park, and return via shuttle to the ferry dock, and approximately 25 minutes for the ferry ride. You will not need to pick a specific departure time; boats run continuously.
