The shuttle will pick up and drop off from this hotel so we highly encourage guests who will be drinking, or relying on a ride back from the venue, book a room here. Guests are more than welcome to stay where they feel comfortable, wether that is at another hotel or an Airbnb! We encourage guests to come to the hotel to be picked up by the shuttle if choosing to stay elsewhere! Shuttle pick up and drop off times will be available closer to the wedding date! There is parking available at the venue! We encourage those who plan to drink to have a designated driver for the night or ride the shuttle provided back to the SpringHill Suites! Lyfts and Ubers are not as prevalent in the small town where the venue is located, so please allot time to find a driver if you choose to travel in that way (:

Yes! Specialty cocktails will be served during cocktail hour with beer and wine to follow for the rest of the night!
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling beverages! Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do!" We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
The ceremony and reception will be outside, weather permitting! Cocktail hour will be held inside.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!
