Our Story
We met at a restaurant here on the Outer Banks and chatted for a bit before going our separate ways. Hope may have taken the initiative by adding Brandon on Facebook and sending him a message later that evening... but our story didn't really begin until a few days later! Hope happened to stop by the local veterinary office where she worked on her day off, and Brandon just so happened to be sitting in the lobby with his black lab, Mia. With Hope's yellow and chocolate Labs at home, it truly felt like fate had stepped in. From that day on, we've been inseparable. Since then, we've welcomed our son, Webb, and built a life that's fuller than we ever imagined. Between Webb, the horse and our Labs, life keeps us busy in the best way. We can't wait to celebrate our marriage with the people who have loved and supported us along the way.

As much as we adore your little ones, due to limited space we’re kindly keeping our celebration adults-only unless otherwise noted. Thank you so much for understanding.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Answer
Yes! Our ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. If inclement weather arises, we will move the celebration inside the Berkley Barn. Ocracoke can be breezy, so keep that in mind with hair + outfits!

We kindly ask that guests follow the names listed on their invitation. If a plus-one is included, it will be clearly indicated. Thank you so much for understanding!

Answer

Ocracoke is a small, charming island where golf carts and bikes are part of everyday life. Most places are just a short ride away, and it’s truly the best way to explore. There are several bike and golf cart rental companies on the island to make getting around easy and fun.
