PROLOGUE Hi Y’all! As you might have heard, Holly Michelle Nunes and Kyle Thomas Foley are doing the dang thing! We couldn’t be happier as we celebrate our love in holy matrimony. Our sweet Holly Nunes tasked me with writing our love story. I said, “Hell Yah”, as Holliver and Denise have planned 97.64% of our wedding, this is the LEAST I can do. I’ve read at least four books and watched the notebook 28 times, lets give a go! Chapter 1: Meet Cute Holly and Kyle first met at a 24-carat gold party in 2018, which I confirmed from a “The Facebook” social media post. I imagine our first words together were cute and charming, but neither of us have a solid recollection of that infamous “first look”, so lets fast forward to the nuts and bolts of this here love story. Chapter 2: Cat and Mouse Tom and Jerry was my favorite cartoon, which is unrelated to the story but should be noted. In the summer of 2018, Holly was a recent graduate from Arizona State University (#1 in Innovation) working for an HR company doing golf course stuff. She was living in a house with 3 other college gals. Life was good. Kyle was working down in Tucson Arizona, establishing himself as an up-and-coming sewer guy for his dad's company. He often ate cheeseburgers in his truck with his trusty sidekick, Kyle Jr, riding passenger. Life was good. Every love story begins with a spark, a catalyst that ignites the fuel of romance. Our spark occurred at Maya Day Club (so sick) in the form of a witty snapchat from Ryan Moscardini. Although the moment was a little hazy the time, I remember this smoking hot Holly Nunes is pretty, pretty great, and I need to learn more about her ASAP. Chapter 3: First Date Holls agreed to go on a date with me. I brought her an orchid, we ate takeout on a blanket near a fake lake, shot the breeze and had a wonderful time. One of the most notable memory was our first kiss, there was a Depends commercial playing in the background. How romantic! Despite all the cute details above, our passionate love affair did not launch immediately, but the embers stayed HOTT. Holly and I stayed friends(her choice), and we would often engage in lovely banter for hours upon a time. Our romantic entanglement started gaining steam, but fate had other choices. Holly saw me driving in a Honda Element, and she decided to continue her journey in Dallas, Texas. Chapter 4: 2021 to 2024 We stayed in contact throughout the years and thankfully for us, got to see each other at the many mutual friends weddings before ours. I’d call her catch up, we’d talk, we’d laugh, we’d show each other our cute dogs on FaceTime. Holly was working at her dream job, in a dog-friendly walkable city. Living her best life, as the people say. She really blossomed into the beautiful woman she is today, and I knew I must date her. After many years of persistent and consistent persuasion, I finally convinced Holly Nunes to be my girlfriend on the most romantic day of the year, Feb 14th. Chapter 5: The Proposal Holly and I spent the summer of ’24 falling in love, and here are a few notable memories: Dave and Busters, Carmel-by-the Sea, Tahoe, Bowling in EDH, to name a few. Holly and Noodle moved back to Arizona in September of 24’, just in time to figure out holidays with the fam, and combine our everyday lives together. Shout out Noravirus for bringing Holly and I even closer together... Holly sent over a photo of the ring she wanted, and I decided to get it made and propose to her in Switzerland. With the help of the Matterhorn, Holly said YES to marrying me! Woohoo. Chapter 5: Conclusion I’m not sure how to write a wedding website love story, I’ll leave y’all with a Haiku: Join Holly and Kyle on November twenty two at our Wedding Day
