Groom
Alex is wondering why Anne is asking him to do a bio when it is his wedding.
Bride
Hi! So excited to see you!
Maid of Honor
Morgan and Anne met at their first semester at Michigan State. Morgan inspired Anne to adopt Reese and has gifted Anne her favorite books and tupperware. Always on your team no matter what with a supportive pep talk and armed with hilarious TikToks, she's the kind of friend everyone deserves!
Best Man
Jared and Alex became friends in the normal boy way. Anne brought Alex to Lainey and Jared's engagement party and after 5 hours Alex went up to Jared and said "hey this is your party, I should probably know who you are". They disappeared for an hour and played guitar together. Anne and Lainey are preparing for their inevitable Grace and Frankie future.
Groomsman
Sam and Alex met when Sam was born. They have a deep brotherly bond based on respecting their differences and sports (lots of said differences directly related to sports). Sam and Alex enjoy taking long walks while talking on the phone together about their days. This is real love folks.
Bridesmaid
Lainey and Anne grew up on the same block, but really became friends during the awkward middle school years. If friendship can endure seventh grade, it can endure anything. From playing Wii Fit for 10 hours straight to 3 sleepovers a week as adults friendship doesn't get better than this!
Groomsman
Alex and Trevor became friends while working at General Motors. Both car lovers, Alex has found the one person in the world who understands cars better than he does who also enjoys talking about cars as much as he does. Anne dubbed Trevor's cat "Sir Monch" after a lovely snapchat of his newly adopted kitten drinking out of the toilet inspired the name Toilet Moncher. The Monch lore is real. Trevor is the friend who is always quick to host a party and pour a drink!
Bridesmaid
Anne and Carly met during their first year at General Motors working on the same team. Carly made sure Anne had someone to eat lunch with and Anne never stopped bothering her (sorry not sorry Carly). The most prolific cat sitter of her generation, Carly is the sweetest human being alive to humans and furry friends alike. A photo of Carly can also be found in the dictionary beneath both "efficient" and "thoughtful". That combo equals super-friend!
Bridesmaid
Anne and Paige met at orientation at General Motors. Paige prevented Anne from ruining her professional career before it even began by stopping her from attacking someone during a particularly competitive marshmallow and dried spaghetti team activity at said orientation. Paige has stopped Anne from doing a number of other ridiculous things throughout their friendship, but she couldn't stop Anne from kissing Alex at the Ann Arbor Rick's, and now here we are!
Groomsman
Henry became friends with Alex and Anne when Paige brought him to bar trivia. The other member of team "better half", Henry and Anne enjoy cheating during board games and being ready faster than their partners. An amazing home cook, Henry is a big reason why Alex no longer considers Olive Garden to be fine dining. He also witnessed Alex and Anne's first kiss, and Anne has been asking Henry to marry them for years (score!).
Groomsman
Alex and Alex have been friends since elementary school. To make things simple for everyone, they decided to also be tennis doubles partners so both of them could take the coaches praise every time (and every mistake the coach pointed out was obviously the other Alex). After a decade of friendship they have yet to battle it out for the title of "Best Alex".
Bridesmaid
Brianna and Anne met in elementary school when they were assigned the same teacher in 3rd grade and Brianna ran up to her and told her "she was so excited to be friends!!". Yeah, how couldn't they still be friends 20 years later? Brianna is always the first person to say yes to everything and is the most dependable friend in the world!
