"What God has joined together, let no one separate." – Mark 10:9
We met in August 2014 on a blind date at Chuck E. Cheese for his niece. He was quiet and a little shy at first… so much so that I wasn’t quite sure what to think. But by the end of the night, something shifted. Just before I left, he finally worked up the courage to ask for my number and from that moment on, everything changed. After that day, we started talking every single day. Before we knew it, we had become inseparable always checking in, always wanting to be around each other. What began as a simple meeting quickly turned into something deeper. We weren’t just falling in love we were becoming best friends. Looking back, we both came into that moment ready to give our love fully to the right person. And in our own way, we knew we had found something special. In 2015, we were blessed with our son, Giovanni our first and greatest reason. His arrival changed everything. During his birth, I faced a life threatening moment, and it was in that time that I saw Henry’s strength in a way I never had before. In one of the most uncertain moments of my life, I knew without a doubt that I had chosen the man I was meant to walk through life with. We began building our life together with love, faith, and a vision for something greater. Living at his mother’s home, we held on tightly to our dreams, even when things were not easy. Through every challenge, we never lost sight of who we were to each other best friends, partners, and each other’s home. In 2019, we bought our first home, and it felt like the beginning of everything we had been working toward. Then in 2021, we found out we were expecting again. This time, the journey was not easy. It was a season that tested us in every way filled with fear, uncertainty, and moments that could have pulled us apart. But instead, it brought us closer. We held on to our faith like never before, and through it all, we grew stronger together. In June 2022, we were blessed with our daughter, Sophia healthy and perfect in every way. In that moment, we felt complete. Through every high and every hardship, one thing has remained constant: God’s hand over our lives and our love. And now, as we step into this next chapter, we are choosing to place Him at the center of our relationship. This is more than a wedding it is a covenant. A commitment not only to each other, but to the life and love God has entrusted to us. We are so grateful to have you witness this moment with us.
