Ceremony
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 2:30 PM to ensure you’re settled in and ready for the celebration. We’ll be gathering outdoors in the beautiful Marine Garden at the Westin Bayshore. The garden features artificial grass, so there’s no need to worry about heels sinking into the ground—so go ahead and wear your favorite shoes! We recommend dressing comfortably for the weather and bringing along sunglasses or a light jacket, depending on the forecast. We can’t wait to celebrate this special moment with all of you!
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Following the ceremony, please join us for a refreshing cocktail hour in the Marine Foyer, just inside the Marine Garden. While the bride and groom are off capturing special moments, you'll be able to enjoy a selection of complimentary beer, wine, cider and non-alcoholic drinks. A full bar with mixed drinks and cocktails will also be available for purchase. It's the perfect opportunity to mingle, relax, and celebrate as we await the start of the evening festivities.

Following the cocktail hour, join us in the Marine Room for a night filled with delicious food, cold drinks, great music, and plenty of dancing! We can’t wait to celebrate this special night with you, so come ready to eat, drink, and dance the night away!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
The dress code is Black-Tie Optional. Ladies: Floor-length evening gowns are encouraged but a mid-length dress is also appropriate. Gentlemen: Tuxedo or dark-colored suit and tie. Please stay away from colors like white, cream, ivory, and off-white as these are saved for the bride.

DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY?
Answer
Celebrating with you on our special day is the greatest gift of all, and we couldn’t ask for anything more! However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be deeply appreciated as we begin this new chapter together!

Yes! We have secured a room block at The Westin Bayshore with preferred rates for our guests. Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. Please ensure you arrive by 2:30pm to be seated in time for the celebration. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to sharing this special moment with you.

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

We want everyone to enjoy their meal, so if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP. The venue will do their best to accommodate!

WHAT IF I DONT LIKE A SPECIFIC DISH ON THE MENU?
Answer
We totally get that everyone has different tastes! If there’s something on the menu you don’t enjoy—like the mushroom bisque appetizer or seafood—we can arrange a substitute within reason. For example, if you order the steak but don’t eat seafood, they’ll leave off the prawns. Just be sure to include any preferences when you RSVP!

Answer
The best way to RSVP is on our website! Kindly RSVP by July 27th! and don’t forget to select your entrée choice! When you RSVP, you’ll have the option to let us know your meal preference and any dietary restrictions. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding and reception will be a 16+ event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We would appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to enjoy a night off to celebrate with us.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We invite you to be truly present with us during our unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones are silenced and remain out of sight until the ceremony concludes. During the reception, we would love for you to take all the photos and videos!

CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Answer
Every invitation will specifically indicate "your name and guest". If this is not specified on your invitation, you do not have a plus one. Due to limited space of our venue, we will not be able to accommodate any additional guests besides those named on the invitations.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
We’ll be offering a selection of wine, beer, ciders, and non-alcoholic drinks for you to enjoy during the celebration. A full bar with mixed drinks and cocktails will also be available for purchase. We hope this helps you plan ahead, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
