Viva Las Vegas! There’s no shortage of great places to stay in Vegas, and we know many of you have your favorite spots. While we haven't set up any room blocks, our reception will be held in Old Town Las Vegas, just off Fremont Street. To keep things easy, we've arranged transportation to and from the ceremony and reception venues. For the best experience, we recommend staying in Downtown Las Vegas—right in the heart of all the action! It’s no accident we chose a Friday—we figured you could use a little getaway! We hope you’ll turn our big day into a fun-filled weekend and enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer.

Getting There: To keep things simple and stress-free, we’ve arranged shuttle transportation between the ceremony and reception venues. The shuttle will depart promptly at 1:30 PM from outside our reception venue, La Mona Rosa, and head to Red Rock. Please be on time—guest arrival at the ceremony site is 2:15 PM, and the ceremony will begin shortly after. Important Notes: *Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft aren’t reliable at the park—cell service is limited, making it hard to connect with a driver, and most won’t accept the trip due to the park’s entrance fee. *If you plan to drive yourself, please be aware that parking is limited and requires a special event pass. There is also a fee to enter the park. If this is your plan, please let Heather or Tom know in advance so we can get you the necessary information. To avoid any hassle, we strongly encourage all guests to take the shuttle to and from the ceremony and reception.

RegistryRegistry

After nearly a decade of love, laughter, and building a beautiful life together, we're so excited to finally say "I do!" Over the years, we've shared countless memories—but believe it or not, we've never taken a true, just-the-two-of-us, relaxing getaway. Our time off has always revolved around visiting you—the people who fill our hearts and make our lives so rich. If you know us, you know that we’d always choose an adventure over accumulating more "stuff." That’s why, instead of a traditional gift registry, we’re dreaming of our biggest adventure yet: a honeymoon where we can finally slow down, soak it all in, and celebrate the beginning of our next chapter. If you'd like to help send us off with love, we've set up a honeymoon fund. Your support means the world to us, and we can't wait to bring back plenty of stories and photos to share. With all our love and gratitude, Heather & Tom

FAQsFAQs

Question

What Should I Wear?What Should I Wear?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, so we’re going for Garden Party Chic—elegant, relaxed, and inspired by nature. Think elevated and stylish yet comfortable enough to celebrate under the sun and lights. Here's the vibe: • Soft, earthy tones like sage, terracotta, dusty rose, mustard, olive, taupe, slate blue, mauve etc. • Sundresses, midi/maxi dresses, or chic jumpsuits • Lightweight suits, linen shirts, or tailored separates • Dressy flats, block heels, or wedges (we’ll be in the desert!) • Loafers or sleek dress shoes (no flip-flops or sneakers, please) A few tips: • Skip the stilettos—uneven ground + heels = not fun • Avoid neons, loud patterns, or head-to-toe black • No jeans, polos, or overly casual outfits • Come dressed to feel good, look good, and stay cool!

Question

Are children invited to the wedding? Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, our celebration in Las Vegas is going to be a bit more intimate and geared towards grown-up fun. Between the location and our venue selections, we think this will allow for the best experience for everyone. We hope you can make arrangements for the weekend so you can relax and enjoy this special occasion with us.

Question

Can I bring a plus one who’s not listed on my invite? Can I bring a plus one who’s not listed on my invite?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Anything that gets you to join us for the celebration is a win in our book. We totally understand that a destination wedding on shorter notice might require some flexibility, and we want you to feel comfortable making the trip. Please be sure to include their full name (first and last) when you RSVP. If you’re thinking of bringing someone under 18, just check in with Heather or Tom first. Thanks!

Question

Will there be an open bar? Will there be an open bar?

Answer

You better believe it. We wouldn’t ask you to travel all this way and not buy you a drink. Come ready to raise a glass (or a few) with us!
