Join us on French Beach for an intimate standing ceremony. Please arrive at 2:45pm for a 3:00pm start. Please note this will be a standing ceremony. This is a pebble beach; please be prepared to walk and stand on the beach for the duration of the ceremony.

Think of our reception as a cozy, love-filled dinner rather than a big dance-floor celebration. We’re inviting our favourite people to share a beautiful meal, heartfelt conversation, and a relaxed evening together. A simple, intimate way to celebrate the start of our next chapter.

We ask you to please wear attire in a sunset-inspired colour palette. Think warm hues of blush, gold, peach, as well as sky blues and soft sages or olives.

Travel

Our celebration will take place on beautiful Vancouver Island, and we’re so grateful to have our loved ones making the trip. For accommodations, we’ve secured a small block of discounted rooms at the Sooke Harbour House for anyone who’d like to stay close to the venue. These rooms are completely optional, please feel free to book anywhere that suits your plans and budget. There are plenty of lovely options in Sooke and the surrounding area.

There is parking at French Beach, but it is limited, so we kindly encourage guests to carpool if possible. Parking is available on-site at Sooke Harbour House for all reception guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will be serving a buffet for our dinner. When RSVPing, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions the caterers should be aware of.
