Can I bring a plus 1?

Save the Dates and Invitations will be addressed specifically to those who are invited. While we would love to include as many people as possible, we both have large families and a lot of friends but have limited space at our venue. We appreciate your understanding.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 3rd, 2024, the sooner the better! You can do it right here on this website under the RSVP section. If your RSVP selection changes, please let Cody and Amber know as soon as possible.

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our August 3rd deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! we are asking our guests to dress up with us! Cocktail attire/Semi-Formal attire is requested.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is a medium sized field on site for people to park their cars. However, if you plan on drinking please consider carpooling with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!

Where are Ceremony and Reception taking place?

Answer

There ceremony and reception will take place at the venue. There ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and the reception will take place in the barn.

What food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving BBQ buffet from Smokey's Legend BBQ at our wedding! There will be a dessert station and a smores station present.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a bartender on site to serve the alcohol we provide. Please party accordingly and have a way to get home safely.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony at 3pm. This will allow time for you to park, sign our guestbook, and find a seat.
