We first met in elementary school at St Jude Cathedral School. We continued to go to school together through middle school and all through high school at St Pete Catholic. We liked each other in high school and were even Valentines in 2011! We both went to different colleges in different states and lost touch over the years. Carly started working with Wills brother Patrick in early 2017 and reached out to Will on facebook messenger. We started connecting again and the rest has been history!

Will proposed to Carly at her favorite place in the world, Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas! We were vacationing with Carly's parents, two brothers and two of their friends. The day Will proposed just happened to also be Carly's birthday. The boys were insistent on taking pictures out on the beach before dinner so reluctantly, Carly agreed (she almost sabotaged her own engagement by not wanting to take pictures out on the beach because it was too hot, humid and sandy). They started with family pictures and then moved onto pictures of Will and Carly. Carly thought it was suspicious that all the boys were taking pictures instead of just using one phone. Next thing she knows, Will is down on one knee with her dream ring asking for forever!
