Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony is outdoors in a grassy field with little to no shade and will be happening rain or shine. Come prepared for the weather, dress code is dressy casual.
We can't wait to celebrate becoming Mr. and Mrs. Pedersen with you! The ceremony will take place at the wedding pergola on grounds near Shelter 2 at 1:00pm. There will be limited seating available and will be reserved for those who are unable to stand for the ceremony. Feel free to bring your own camping chairs if you wish. We will be keeping the ceremony short and sweet.
Reception

Directly following the ceremony is the reception. It is a 4 minute walk or a quick drive to Shelter 2 where the reception is taking place. We will have food, dancing, and games for the whole family. Feel free to bring your camping chairs or blankets to picnic at outside the pavilion. There will be picnic tables inside for the meal. If you are unable to slide down the bench or need seating with a supportive back, please let us know when you RSVP so we can be sure there are extra seats for those who need it to be comfortable.

If you have a significant other that we did not invite, please reach out to us privately. Those invited will be in your group when you RSVP.

YES! We are so excited to see everyone's little ones. Their names should appear in your group when you RSVP. Please inform us if you don't see your child's name. The whole wedding will be child friendly and there is a playground near the reception area - please make sure there is an adult with them at all times at the playground.

Will you be changing your name?

Drew is excited to change his last name to Pedersen to honor and appreciate Hannah's Scandinavian family roots.

What will the menu be?
Answer
Our entrees will include hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork, eggplant parmesan, and BBQ grilled chicken. We will have sides of macaroni and cheese, tossed salad, lemon garlic butter beans, roasted summer vegetables, baked potatoes, and dinner rolls. We will have wine, beer, and spiked lemonade/seltzers as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

I have a food allergy, will there be anything for me to eat?

We will be having a BBQ style buffet meal that will offer food with dairy free, meat free, nut free, and gluten free options (see menu above). If you have any other kinds of allergies, please message us privately.
