Cocktail attire with a touch of springtime flair. Think suits, jumpsuits, or dresses in pastels, colorful tones, or floral prints. Barongs and other traditional formal wear are encouraged.

Is there a shuttle?

There will be a shuttle back to the hotel following the reception. Please make your own plans to arrive to the venue by 3:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Our ceremony and reception will take place at Bull Run Golf Club in Haymarket, VA. There is plenty of parking on site, but we recommend using a rideshare service (Uber, Lyft, etc.) so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

What’s for dinner?

Dinner includes a plated salad and buffet with garlic butter chicken, bistro filet medallions, a vegetarian pasta, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans with carrots, and dinner rolls. We will also have cake and an open bar all night. Let us know about any dietary restrictions!

What’s the weather like?

Answer

Late May in Virginia is typically warm and pleasant, with average highs in the 70s to low 80s. The ceremony and reception are planned to be outdoors, weather permitting. A tent and paved flooring will be in place to help keep things enjoyable rain or shine. We recommend dressing for the weather and bringing a light layer in case it cools off in the evening.
