Ons is so ongelooflik opgewonde om ons verlowing af te sluit en die res van ons lewens saam te begin – en wat is beter as om dit saam met al ons gunsteling mense te doen? Waar ons storie begin het
Dit het alles begin op ’n bewolkte Desemberdag in Mpongwe. Ons het mekaar vir die eerste keer by Lake Kashiba ontmoet, albei toevallig op dieselfde plek op dieselfde tyd. ’n Paar weke later het ons paaie weer gekruis. Hierdie keer het ons meer gesels, en Gerrit het my gevra of ek saam met hom op ’n padreis wil gaan. Dit was die begin van iets besonders. Sedertdien is ons storie gevul met lag, lang ritte, rustige oomblikke en planne vir die toekoms. Daarom voel dit net gepas dat ons nou trou in dieselfde plek, in Zambië, waar alles begin het. ________________________ It all began on a cloudy December day in Mpongwe. Gerrit and I first met at Lake Kashiba, both of us happening to be in the same place at the same time. A few weeks later, our paths crossed once more. This time we spoke properly, and Gerrit asked if I would like to join him on a road trip. That simple invitation marked the start of something special. Since then, our story has been filled with laughter, long drives, quiet moments and plans for the future. It feels fitting that we are now getting married where it all began.
