15:00hrs – Time to settle the little ones with the nannies and enjoy some pre -ceremony refreshments. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm!
Light cocktail attire. We'd love to see our guests dressed in bright colors! We suggest dresses and sandals for the ladies. Since our wedding is outdoors on the lawn, we want everybody comfortable. Please avoid wearing white, cream and tan. P.S. The bridesmaids will be wearing green - just a little heads-up if you would prefer to stand out.
There will be nannies waiting for the little ones at the door, they will have plenty of activities and food available, while moms and dads can have fun through the night. Ceremony and Reception Kids Free
If you’re travelling to Bali for a holiday under 30 days, this is what you’ll need to complete prior to arrival. There are 3 steps! 1: Visa On Arrival ($50 aud) 2: Indonesia All Declaration Card 3: Tourism Levy ($15 aud) **Brazilian citizens can enter Indonesia visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. Customs declaration and Tourism Levy still apply.
Step 1: VISA On Arrival 👉🏻 Using this link: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/web/application_bvk simply choose your Visa type - B1 - then use your phone camera to scan the bottom of your passport. It will auto fill your details. Carefully cross check them all and tick each box below if correct. 👉🏻 Enter your accommodation name/address and then choose to pay online. You can pay on arrival but it’s much quicker to do online. Price is IDR500,000 per person (around $50 aud) for a 30 day stay (B1 Tourist Visa) 👉🏻For e-VOA there is only ONE official Government website, don’t use the other sites that charge triple the price. 👉🏻 Once this is done, you can then skip the payment and immigration queues and use the e-Gates to self scan yourself through Immigration. Head straight past the lines to the e-Gates. Children 6+ can use these e-Gates. You simply scan your passport and move through the gate. If you have children younger than 6, you will have to go via the immigration counter (the line didn’t look too long). 👉🏼All travelers aged 6 years and older can use the e-Gates 👉🏼For City, choose Kota Denpasar and it will autofill province to Bali. 👉🏼Generally issued instantly or within 24 hours. Recommend to screen shot your application number and check junk folder. 👉🏼It’s recommended to use a phone as you need a camera. 👉🏼Travellers under under 6 years of age CAN obtain an e-VOA but need to be processed manually at Immigration. Queue together as a group and they will be assisted by officers while you scan through. 👉🏼 When departing Bali, use the now functioning e-Gates, which are to the right of desk area at Immigration. This will reset your e-VOA and ensure you can apply again without any issues of still having an ‘active’ one.
From September 1, 2025, all incoming international travelers must complete the All Indonesia Declaration Card (also known as the digital arrival card). This single digital form replaces previous separate forms health (SATUSEHAT), customs (e-CD), immigration and quarantine, combines all into one now Visit: https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/arrival-card-submission/personal-information
Tourism Levy is also separate and is 150,000IDR per passenger. (Around $15 pp). Obtain up to 60 days prior to departure but recommend doing the same time incase plans change: https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id That’s it! Let us know if you have any questions.
