We met in high school, second semester of Haley's sophomore year. Luis had to retake a portion of History class and ended up sitting across the classroom from Haley. A group project and a few short conversations led to an unlikely friendship, first valentine and eventually two senior balls and junior proms.
Over the last 12 years we have had two gorgeous daughters, bought our first home together, traveled to some beautiful places and made amazing memories. Our wedding will be the continued expression of our love and commitment for each other, bringing our families and friends together to truly celebrate how far we have come!
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Upon arrival there is a guest book to sign, pick up a program for the ceremony, a bell to ring at the end of the ceremony, and find any open seat (there are no sides, we're family!). This will be a NO PHONES ceremony. So, when you are seated, look around, say hi to someone and turn your phones to SILENT. Your bride and groom appreciate this immensely. The reception will be in a cozy restaurant with good music, strong drinks and amazing Italian food!
Please bring a light jacket, shawl or coat as the weather will be a bit chilly. We do request guests wear semi-formal attire for this event. The ceremony will be held indoors but other pictures and mingling will happen outside.
We love how big our families have grown over the years but unfortunately, we do not have enough space to accommodate all. We have included very few children and their adults in our invitations for this reason.
There is ample private parking in a lot that is monitored for both venues.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. But things do happen, if you would happen to be late, please use the side doorways to the left and right of the main doors to the Sanctuary inside the church. The reception begins at 6pm and has reserved seating for our guests, arriving on time will allow you to settle in and prep for the party !
Please speak with either Michelle Barraza or Joanna Delgadillo for more information!
If you have an URGENT question, you may reach out to either Michelle Barraza (916-607-9068) or Joanna Delgadillo (916-799-3940) who can answer them for you BEFORE the ceremony.
