According to Hailey, I broke in to her house. Little did she know I was friends with her roommates. I came in and made myself comfortable on the couch across her, while she was watching Netflix on her laptop. Hailey said “can I help you?” I replied “yes, where’s the bathroom?” Aside from the awkwardness we got to know each other through our mutual friends and have always been able to trust each other through everything. As time went on I fell in love. I believe that we were always destined to meet. ~Jayvon

Jayvon said he’d like to take my brother, Cody, to the Chiefs stadium. I was curious why he didn’t invite me but Jayvon knew what he was up to! Jayvon was able to have Cody help him pick the perfect ring for me. I remember asking Jayvon to bring me home chicken strips. Unfortunately they got home late and didn’t bring home any chicken strips. So before Jayvon came in to see me he went straight to the kitchen and made me some chicken strips. When he brought me chicken strips he got down right next to the bed a asked me to be his wife. I was surprised and very excited both about the engagement and the chicken strips. It was amazing….. so were the chicken strips 😉 ~Hailey
