You're welcome to arrive as early as 2:30pm and the ceremony will begin at 3:30pm.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

We don't recommend heels, as parking will be on grass, the ceremony is set on gravel, and you'll be walking through other uneven terrain around the property. We suggest opting for comfortable shoes, such as boots, wedges, or flat shoes.

Yes, parking is centrally located at Windy Ridge Ranch, just a short and easy walk from your car to the ceremony and gathering areas. ***If you plan on consuming alcohol, please plan ahead for alternate methods of transportation such as ride share services for drop off and pick up. We will be staying on the property throughout the weekend, so you are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight and pick it up on Sunday.

What can I expect after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, we'll have a photography session for the couple, followed by our entrance and first dances. The rest of the evening will be a relaxed celebration with food, drinks, and time to unwind by the firepit or in other cozy gathering areas with friends and family. It’s all about enjoying each other’s company in a laid-back setting, so there will not be any organized activities.

Yes, there will be ample seating throughout the gathering areas for everyone to relax and enjoy the evening. There will be no assigned seating, so feel free to find a spot that suits you.

Yes, children are welcome, and we will include them in your invitation. Please make sure to RSVP for them as well. We ask that you keep a close eye on your kids throughout the event, as there are many areas they could wander off to. There are animals on the property in a gated area, and entry into this area is prohibited. Please do not touch the animals—this applies to adults too!

Remember, it’s December and the wedding will mostly be outdoors. We recommend dressing in layers to stay comfortable. We will have cozy spots like firepits and space heaters to help keep you warm.
