Question

Can we bring the kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we would love to include all children, due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invitation to children of close family. If your child is invited, their name is included on the RSVP card. As a reminder, please be sure that your children are respectful during the ceremony. We understand kids need to move, but please have them seated and quiet during the ceremony. Please note that the venue has strict rules noting that all children must be watched by their adults for the evening and are not to be left to roam (there will be bonfires, a pond, etc).

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your RSVPS in to us NO LATER than August 30th. This is to give us and the venue ample time to have everything prepped and ready! We look forward to seeing you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Party, semi-formal, dressy casual...The ceremony is outdoors (you will walk through grass), and the dinner is indoors. Yard games and a fire pit will be outside for guests to enjoy. Bring a sweater for evening/cooler weather Ladies - midi or tea length dresses, sundresses, nicer jumpsuit Men - dress shirt, dress pants, sport coat

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Venue shares its parking space with Scot Forge. You will see the sign for both, and feel free to pull in and park anywhere within the lot. For guests who may need assistance going to the ceremony site, we will have an escort that will assist and help drive you down in the golf cart.

Where should we sit?

Answer

Assigned seating really is not our style. So pick a seat, either side, you're loved by both the groom and bride. If you have a child age 3 or under that was invited, we ask that you please let them sit on your lap to save seats for those who need them. Please respect the reserved seating at the front 2 rows as these are for special guests. Thank you.

Food & Drink

Answer

We will be having a self-serve buffet style dinner. Tables will be called up and you will go through 1 of 2 lines. Dinner will be Pulled pork, optional buns of different sizes, Grilled Chicken Breasts, Mac n Cheese, Coleslaw, Salad, and Fresh fruit salad. We will have an open bar for the evening. Party accordingly, but also, responsibly. There are ubers, lyfts, friends and family that can drive you home if needed.
