Our love story began when we matched on Hinge in early 2021. We messaged back and forth for a few weeks before deciding to finally meet in real life! We made plans to meet at Osprey Taco in Saint Augustine, but they were so busy that we decided to go to Sunset Grille instead. We found the only open spot at the bar, settled in with some food and drinks, and completely lost track of time. We ended up being the last two customers in the place and closed down the bar by talking late into the night. After that first date we both knew we found something special in each other, and we've been inseparable ever since.

It was a brisk Saturday morning when Dustin asked if I wanted to go for a paddle on the Hobie. I agreed, and we stopped at Publix for a couple of Pub Subs and some snacks to take for a picnic. Once we got onto the water, the winds were so strong that we never even made it to the island for lunch. Dustin already had it in his head that today was “the day”, so when he pointed for me to look at some dolphins (and there weren’t any), I turned back around to him holding out a ring. He asked, I said yes, and we were engaged. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Saint Augustine!
