All solid black attire is required. We’re going for a black tie formal vibe, classic, elegant, and celebratory. For women, this could mean a long black gown, a chic black midi dress, or a formal jumpsuit. For men, a black tuxedo or black suit with a tie or bow tie is perfect. We’d love to see everyone dressed to the nines, you’ll look amazing, and it’ll make the night feel extra special!

We’ll kick things off with cocktail hour at 7:00 PM, followed by the reception where a plated dinner will be served. Come ready to eat, drink, and celebrate with us!

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors. We’ll have signs and friendly faces to help you get where you need to go.

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family, and we’ve carefully planned our guest list to reflect that. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will appear on it. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo and know how much we appreciate your presence and understanding.

As much as we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a night out with us!

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to get settled and be fully present for the moment. The ceremony will start promptly, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once it has begun. We want everyone to enjoy this special part of the day with us, so please give yourself plenty of time!

Yes. We kindly ask all guests to turn off and put away phones, cameras, and tablets during the ceremony. We have a fantastic photographer who will capture every moment, and we’ll share those photos afterward. Your presence and undivided attention mean the world to us, so relax, be in the moment, and enjoy the “I do’s” with us.

Yes, free parking is available at the venue. Rideshares are also a great option if you’d rather not drive.

Dinner will be a plated and we’ve made sure to include something for everyone: chicken, beef, fish ,and a delicious vegan/vegetarian option. If you have any additional dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you. We want everyone to enjoy the meal!
