In 2021, Nick and I met on Bumble - which still makes me laugh, because the girl has to message first, and if you know us, it fits perfectly. We spent weeks talking, getting to know each other from different places, with Nick moving back from Oklahoma and me visiting South Carolina. Then he made what we jokingly call “not the sharpest decision at the time,” but what we now see as the most beautifully fated one: he picked me up from the airport on Christmas night where I was stranded. The very next day, we had our first official date. Six days later, while ringing in 2022 together, he asked me to be his girlfriend. While unconventional, our story has always been special to us. When it came time to propose, he took me to all the places that had quietly woven themselves into our story - our first apartment, the lake we ice fish together, our first date spot, the airport, and finally Gene Leahy Mall, where he asked me to marry him. And now… here we are. Beginning our next chapter, surrounded by the family and friends whose love has carried us through every season. We are deeply grateful, and so excited to share the beginning of this new journey with you.

Omaha is unpredictable in the fall, but it typically aligns with a high of 75-80 degrees and a low of mid-50s. For optimal comfort, bring buildable layers!
While we aim for comfort for friends and family, we do ask that no plus-one's are included unless explicitly invited in your invitation.
For our family and friends travelling from out of town, your destination airport will need to be Eppley Airfield. While in town, we would suggest staying at one of the recommended hotels, as they are short distances to the airport and the venue via uber, and walkable distance to shops and restaurants downtown.
Please utilize the RSVP section on our website.
