We met in high school and that’s where it all started. We found a safe space within each other, a home, at such a young age and that forever changed our worlds. Ever since then we have had a connection that we don’t always understand but it never fails us when we need it. 5 years later and we are ready to spend the rest of our lives together but if you ask us, we’ve been ready since day 1.

What was suppose to be just an anniversary trip to myrtle beach for the weekend, turned into the best days we’ve had in our lifetime. He was getting ready to leave for 3 months and I was starting my sophomore year of college, but we decided to take some time to say goodbye to each other the way we knew how. On September 8th at 10 am joseph proposed to me. He proposed in a way that encapsulated his entire personality… on the toilet. Well at least that was his original plan lol.
