How we met
Zach and Grace met early in 2021 through work. They became good friends, which eventually blossomed into something more later that year despite both swearing they would never date a police officer. A year into dating, Grace and Zach decided to expand their family and got a Portuguese Water Dog puppy in 2022 named Goose! In May of 2023, Zach bought the ring that Grace had so thoughtfully expressed her desire for. Shortly thereafter, Zach built up the nerve to discuss his future plans with Grace's parents, Julie and Edwin. Thankfully, after a short interrogation from Edwin leading to a spike in Zach's blood pressure, Zach received the blessing to propose to Grace. In July of 2023, after an anxiety ridden day at the boardwalk and dinner, Zach proposed at sunset on Twin Lakes beach in Santa Cruz and Grace said yes! Next, on Sunday, May 25th of 2025, Grace and Zach will be taking the next step in Ecuador towards a lifetime together.

We are so excited to celebrate with you, kids are welcome but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all children at our wedding. We hope you can still join us for our special day and enjoy some adult time! Please note, kids who are invited guests are addressed via invitation and at time of RSVP.

Our ceremony is in the morning! 11:30 in the morning, we ask our guests to arrive at 11:00 in the morning and find their seats.
