Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Sierra Soiree - dressing up is encouraged, but the venue is at a rustic summer camp with dirt and cool evening temps so think nice, but mountain appropriate

Brunch

10:00 am - 11:30 am

Super casual

Join us for brunch & coffee at Camp the morning after the wedding. All are welcome, even if you're not staying in an onsite cabin.

Accomodations

First things first, Camp Concord comes with rustic (as in beds, a roof, and light and an outlet) cabins that are available if you would like to stay at the camp Tuesday and or Wednesday night for free. We would love to have you! Each single room cabin can accommodate up to 6 people, but there are plenty of cabins so groups of two or three is easy to make work. Please let us know asap if you'd like one. Car Camping is permitted, but there is no tent or RV camping. If staying in a kids summer camp cabin isn't the vibe (we totally understand), there are plenty of hotels and airbnb options near by. For proximity sake, we'd recommend looking for places in South Lake Tahoe vs anything north along the west shore of Tahoe. Availability for housing and hotels can fill up fast, even in shoulder season, so we recommend booking sooner rather than later!

Things To Do

Tahoe is a playground of all time trails, beaches, and views. We are so happy to be able to share some of our favorites spots with you. Beaches All of these are sandy. Pay to park in the lots or park on highway 89 for free and take a short walk in. Baldwin Beach Pope Beach Meeks Bay Hikes Floating Island & Cathedral Lakes Angora Lake Fallen Leaf Lake Tallac if you're feeling w i l d If you are venturing up to the West Shore, we also love Eagle Rock and the Gnome (with literal gnomes) Trail! Climbing Lovers Leap Donner Summit *black wall obviously Eagle Lake Area DL Bliss Eats Jalapenos Taqueria. The best! Divided Sky: great patio seats and sandos. Hangar in South Lake. Cult Burger (get it to go, byob, and eat it at Chambers Beach) Where We Met (for house made gelato!) South of North Brewing Co. (excellent rotating brews) West Shore Cafe (best sandos on the lake & a fun canned bevie section)

FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The goal is outdoors, but we may pivot depending on the weather. Bring a layer and let's all manifest a beautiful day!

Question

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

The venue has two large parking lots. One close to the camp and another overflow lot closer to highway 89. We will have clear signage the day of to make parking and finding the camp easy for you. More details about a shuttle to and from the 89 lot will be here soon.

Question

What the heck do I wear for Sierra Soiree?

Answer

It's just a confusing way to say cocktail attire! Dresses, suits, blazers - just no casual jeans please. Please bring a layer for when it cools down in the evening.

Registry

P.S. Handwritten cards are also hugely welcomed!
